PS3 overheating is the most common problem found in the gaming devices manufactured by Sony. Some devices also face problems related to software conflicts. The conflicts normally occur when new games are installed in the device. Overheating is a problem that is caused due to hardware and software issues. The hardware issues can include problems with the charging unit and the battery. It can also be due to the display. Software issues include problems caused due to usage of pirated versions of games. Bugs can also cause problems to the device and to avoid this it is always better to use genuine versions of games. When you connect the device to a computer make sure that enough protective measures are taken. The same should be done while charging the device. Do not keep the device on charging mode for durations more than what is required. This can lead to malfunctioning of the device.
